Welcome to the TixGiving Partner Beta

A short guide to how reviewed ticket donations reach your community.

Please do not promise tickets to recipients until a delivery is marked Delivered, Transferred, or Accepted in your dashboard.

Donated tickets are reviewed individually and can change status. Setting expectations early protects the families and individuals you serve.

    What TixGiving is

TixGiving is a nonprofit ticket donation clearinghouse operated by TixGiving Foundation Inc. (EIN 33-4094834), a 501(c)(3). Donors submit unused event tickets for review. After review, approved ticket opportunities may be routed to verified nonprofit partners who connect them to the communities they serve.

TixGiving is not a ticket marketplace. We do not buy, sell, or resell tickets.

    What partners can do

    • View ticket opportunities assigned to your organization
    • Help identify appropriate recipients
    • Track delivery and acceptance status
    • Report issues with a donation or delivery
    • Confirm impact after an event

How a ticket opportunity moves through TixGiving

    1. A donor submits ticket details, source, transfer method, and proof of ownership.
    2. TixGiving reviews the donation for completeness and trust signals.
    3. If approved, TixGiving may assign the opportunity to a nonprofit partner.
    4. The partner helps route the tickets to a recipient.
    5. Delivery is tracked, the recipient confirms access, and documentation is issued where appropriate.
