Our Mission
TixGiving Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to redistributing donated live event tickets to underserved communities. We work with individual donors, corporations, venues, and teams to ensure that unused tickets create meaningful experiences rather than going to waste.
How We Create Impact

Tax-Deductible Giving
TixGiving Foundation Inc. is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. Contributions to TixGiving Foundation Inc., including donated tickets, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We provide written acknowledgment for all donations valued at $250 or more as required by IRS regulations. For donated tickets, the deductible amount is generally the fair market value of the tickets at the time of donation. No goods or services are provided in exchange for ticket donations. Donors should consult with a qualified tax advisor regarding their specific tax situation.

Our organization operates with minimal overhead to maximize the impact of every donation. We are committed to responsible stewardship of all contributions and maintain detailed records of all ticket donations and distributions.

TixGiving.org is operated by TixGiving Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-4094834). Technology and platform services for TixGiving.org are provided by TixGiving Inc., a separate for-profit entity. TixGiving Inc. does not receive, process, or control charitable donations. All charitable donations are received and managed exclusively by TixGiving Foundation Inc. Any technology fees charged to the Foundation are fixed-rate and are never based on a percentage of donation value.
