Our Mission
TixGiving Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to redistributing donated live event tickets to underserved communities. We work with individual donors, corporations, venues, and teams to ensure that unused tickets create meaningful experiences rather than going to waste.

Charitable Giving and Tax Records
TixGiving Foundation Inc. is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. Whether a particular contribution is deductible, and in what amount, depends on your own tax situation.
We provide a written acknowledgment for every completed donation, including donations valued at $250 or more as required by IRS regulations. TixGiving does not appraise donated tickets or state a dollar value for them; determining and substantiating fair market value is the responsibility of the donor. No goods or services are provided in exchange for ticket donations. Please retain your acknowledgment for your tax records and consult a qualified tax advisor about your specific situation.
