## Boilerplate — approximately 40 words

TixGiving Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that facilitates the donation and placement of unused concert, sports, and theater tickets with vetted nonprofit partners, turning empty seats into experiences for people who could not otherwise attend.

## Short partner-page description — approximately 100 words

TixGiving Foundation Inc. builds nonprofit ticket-donation infrastructure. We operate a controlled pilot that connects individual donors, venues, teams, and companies with vetted 501(c)(3) partners, so unused tickets reach families, youth, veterans, patients, and community members instead of going to waste.

## Longer feature — approximately 350 words

TixGiving Foundation Inc. is building nonprofit ticket-donation infrastructure from the ground up.

Across the country, countless event tickets go unused every year while many people in the communities served by nonprofits never have the chance to attend a concert, ballgame, or live show. TixGiving Foundation closes that gap by collecting donated tickets and placing them with vetted 501(c)(3) partners that already know the individuals and families they serve.

The process is intentionally careful. A donor submits tickets through TixGiving.org, the Foundation confirms eligibility and takes custody of the tickets, and a partner organization in the event area requests or accepts the allocation. The partner then distributes those tickets directly to the people in its programs and confirms attendance afterward. That confirmation is what lets donors know their tickets reached real people.

TixGiving Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 33-4094834), incorporated in New York and operating under IRS tax-exempt status. It is currently running a controlled pilot: real donations are being accepted, reviewed, and placed, but coverage is intentionally limited to regions where vetted partners are active. The Foundation does not appraise tickets or tell donors what a donation is worth for tax purposes; donors are responsible for their own valuation and should consult a qualified tax advisor.

The Foundation is intentionally separate from TixGiving Inc., a commercial technology entity associated with the underlying platform concept. TixGiving Inc. does not receive, process, or control charitable donations.

## Proposed pull quote
